Now Billy is appointed Verification Officer for Department of Skills Development Certification and Visiting Verifier of UK City & Guilds hairdressing skill education training.

photo He was one of the founder Committee and Assistant Secretary of Malaysian Association of Cosmetologists when it started.

photo He then appointed as Secretary of Malaysian Hairdressing Association. He is also a member of Advisory Committee for Hair Malaysian 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008 which is the official national hair competition that launched by Human Resource Minister of Malaysia. 26th April, 2009 Billy is new President of Malaysian Hairdressing Association.
