Government Letter Next Achievement:

It is very first time by 9 April 2008, the Education Ministry of Malaysia with Malaysia Examination Syndicate Department is appointing Billy Lim to be one of the Panels, to develop its Competence Standard for SPM Examination of secondary school's Technical and Vocational training.

Government Letter

17 January 2008, Billy Lim was elected and became the Nationaal Myskills Competition Judge and Advisory Panel for that, which it is one of the Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) of Ministry of Human Resources important event that organises by Government.


Beside being a Standard Practice & Standard Content Advisory and Development Committee member for NOSS (National Occupation Skill Standard) of Hairdressing under Ministry, Billy was also elected to be PP-PPT, PPL-PPT & PPL-PB (MLVK/JPK - Certification Verifier Officer for external & internal candidates).

Government Letter 2005, Billy Lim was elected Committee Member by Ministry of Human Resources as the Cosmetology Industry's JPPK (Skill Development Advisory Committee) member start from 1st November 2005 till now..

2006, Billy Lim was elected as Tenaga Pakar Industri Negara by Ministry of Human Resources until now. He is also appointed as PPL/PPT for Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK).

Billy as the committee member of JPPK (or Jawatankuasa Penasihat Pembangunan Kemahiran) will gives his advise to Government. With his experience and expertise may help Ministry when in the process of planning the industry's direction included setting the National Vocational Training contents.

Government Letter 2007, Billy Lim was elected as Pakar Industri Negara for all Personal Service industries including Beauty Industry by Ministry of Human Resources until 9th March 2009. Along 2007, Billy have been worked as a Examiner panel for assessing candidates in their Final Examination for JPK's Accredited Training Centres.

2008, Billy was appointed to be Panel of hairdressing Final Exam - Questions Bank's questions development, he also was appointed as development Panel of National Dual Training System hairdressing curriculum.
