Billy
Lim, as a hairdressing industry coach and salon business consultant,
Billy has abundance teaching experience like conducting the staffs
training, hair industry market consultancy, salon management seminars, hairdressing events coordinator, National Vocational Training Councel Certify Valuation Officer and
staffs'
motivation trainer.
He was a Managing Director of Morris Master class International Salon
and School in Kuala Lumpur in 1990. He is the author of
"Malaysia Small-Medium Salon Management" in 1998,which was the first of its kind in the Malaysia market and a pride of
local hairdressers.

He has been invited by RTM, Radio 5 invites him for an official
interview and have
been requested to conduct a series haircare talks last for 6 months.
Billy has been
frequently interviewed by major local media programmes and publishers
, like TV 3,Astro-AEC Bloomberg, Sinchew-i.com, The China Press, New Life Post,
Nanyang Sang Pau,Sin Chew Yit Poh, New Tide, New Tong Pau, Utusan
Malaysia, Watan, Nona, Remaja, Wanita,
Migguan Wanita, Feminine, Malaysia Post, etc...
With more than 18 years
experience in hairdressing-management, plus 13 years in conducting
training and seminars, he still manages to keep in touch with hair
industry market especially
salon owners and suppliers.
As a director of MTH Salon, he was an Advisory Council for Pantene Hair Asia Pacific Competition 2002, Committee member for Malaysia Hairstylists Awards 2003 and Advisory Council for National Occupation Skill Standard development for Hairdressing Vocational Training. He is a key Advisor and consultant to Pantene Malaysia Hairstylists Awards 2004.
Now Billy is appointed Valuation Officer for National Vocational Training Council Certification and Visiting Verifier of UK City & Guilds Hairdressing Training. He is also the appointed Hon. Secretary of Malaysian Hairdressing Association. He is now appointed as Advisory Council for Hair Malaysian 2005 the official national hair competition which is launched by Human Resource Minister of Malaysia.
