PPM & MACP are going to enforce salons to licence their salon under music copyright now in Malaysia.
Salon with radio, CD player or TV without licence is consider a CRIMINAL OFFENCE under the Copyright Act 1987,
which entails severe penalties of fines up to RM10, 000 or a jail sentence of up to 5 years or both.

Go Hairdressers Club Sdn Bhd's member salons get the special rate as below:
MACP licence a year for salon size of 1-2,000 s/f is RM150
( Original is RM211.81 to RM316 )

PPM licence a year for salon: 1-500 s/f is RM200 ; 501-1, 000 s/f is RM300 ; 1, 001-2, 000 s/f is RM350
( Original for 1-2, 000 s/f is RM600 )
